What's the magic word?  In this case, it’s “appointment.” As in “Let’s make an appointment to get little Katie’s picture taken before she goes off to college and starts riding on the back of motorcycles belonging to boys we don’t know.” Appointments are critical to the whippersnappers studio experience. After all, how else would we ensure quality, magic-making time with our clients? Please keep your appointment and be on time.  (As a courtesy to our next client, we will end your session on time, regardless of your arrival time.)  We'll be here - ready to cater to you and your family!  The session fee is expected at the time you schedule your appointment, and is non-refundable.  However, we know that kids get sick or stick pencil erasers up their noses, so last-minute reschedules can happen. Please contact us as soon as you know you won’t be able to make your appointment and we’ll chat about your options.
